Some are sold by street vendors or people selling crafted goods on the beach. Keep your eyes peeled.

In some countries you may be able to haggle for a better price if you're buying multiple keychains from the same vendor. This may not be possible if you buy from tourist souvenir shops. Ideally you should only pay $2.00-$3.00 per keychain, less if possible.

Thread the 8"-12" length of ribbon through the keychain hole, so that the the length on either side is equal when you match up the ends. Leave a 3" loop and tie the ends together into a knot. Then tie the ribbon ends into a bow. Trim the ends of the ribbon as needed if they are too long.
